Some of the best customer service I have every had. Came in looking to buy the same model shoe I have been buying for years but it had been discontinued. There are still a few pairs out there so the Manager Charlie Waite called 4 different stores across the country to locate me three pairs and had them all shipped to my house. This took nearly an hour but I was completely happy because I had received what I came for due to the incredible custom service of Charlie. If you are in the area go check them out.
