Went into the store today to confirm pricing I had been given when I called the customer service number. Ended up speaking to a lady who later said she was the store manager. I told her what I had heard from customer service and she told me I was wrong. Multiple times I asked her to confirm what I had heard and she told me she was right, she had been working there multiple years. We went over to the counter and she spent the next 5 minutes reading the actual policies on line only to find out that what I had been saying was correct. I asked her for details on how the phone payoff worked and she never provided the details (probably because I would end up getting screwed out of it). This lady was rude and condescending to me and if she is the manager, I can only guess how the customer service is at that store if she is teaching employees how to work with customers. What I ended up learning is that I would prefer to pay my existing provider more money than deal with people like her. Want more business out this store? Get rid of this lady. I will never step foot in that store or probably any other T-Mobile store because of the way I was treated by her.

My husband and I switched to T-Mobile after hearing Clark Howard talking about the cost savings. Because we are over 55 we got a GREAT deal! Now feel that our old carrier has been sticking it to us for years. All of the employees in the Dawsonville store have been extremely patient and helpful with us! Vanessa has personally walked us through many of the steps in upgrading to a smart phone. We will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you!
